My journey so far:
I started my journey not to along ago taking my first step into the gym November 2nd 2019, since then my knowdlege has increased massively. My favourite exercise iis definetly leg press with my highest weight of 280kg for 3x10. In the middle of January I had to miss a few weeks of leg days due to injurying my knee resulting in tendonitis. But Im back and better unfortunetly training from home due to COVID-19. But everday im still putting out content including workout videos, my own knowledge and tips on training and nutrition. I've just started my journey so I know theres so much more for myself to come and grow. Past Experiences:
Since the age of three I have been involved in the world of competitive martial arts. I have a background in ITF and WTF Taekwondo also Freestyle Kickboxing of which I was assistant instructor of two of my previous clubs. Throughout the past 14 years I have competed all over the country, wihtin this I won 5 world titles in kickboxing also many other titles, medals and trophies. I currently train under Master Paul Jones in Llantwit Major for Wales Taekwondo.
